Alison M. Trachtman Hill, MPA, Founder and Managing Partner A results-oriented management professional, Ms. Hill has more than 12 years of experience working in project management, program design and implementation, curriculum development, research and evaluation, fund development, and workshops and training.Prior to founding CI4G, Alison managed the national anti-violence initiative at the headquarters of the Girl Scouts of the USA. Funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, this initiative contributed to girls’ healthy development in the areas of bullying prevention and intervention, crime prevention, gang prevention, and Internet safety, with an emphasis on cyberbullying and cyberthreats. She also contributed to the organization’s college-preparedness program and co-authored numerous print and digital resources for girls. Ms. Hill graduated from Tufts University with a BA (magna cum laude) in Spanish and Women’s Studies. She holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Non-Profit Business Management. Honored for her academic achievement with a Chancellor’s Fellowship to pursue a PhD in Sociology at The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY), Ms. Hill focuses her research on girls’ and women’s issues. Corinne Schneider Morahan, Ed.M, Senior ConsultantMs. Morahan has more than 10 years of experience in program development and implementation, curriculum writing, fund development, grants management, and marketing and communications. As a Program Director at The Posse Foundation, Corinne directed all program operations for her six-person team and worked closely with NYC public high schools and community-based organizations to select student leaders to receive full-tuition scholarships. She was responsible for relationships with six national colleges and universities, overseeing student academic performance and retention at each school. As a Project Manager for MIT’s Office of Minority Education, Corinne conducted quantitative and qualitative program analyses for the Dean of Undergraduate Education, and created and delivered curricula on the topic of diversity for undergraduate students.Prior to working in education, Corinne worked in finance and was responsible for establishing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, managing reporting processes and investor communications, and was instrumental in raising $5 billion in new assets under management at BlackRock.Ms. Morahan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a BA (with high honors and high distinction) in Comparative Literature. Meredith Sobel, M.S., Senior Consultant
Ms. Sobel has 12 years of experience in program development, curriculum writing, program implementation, organizational training, and change management. She has worked with large consulting firms such as Accenture and functioned as an internal consultant at Bloomberg LP, New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Boston Scientific. Meredith has several years of academic research experience in public health both at Columbia and Harvard as well as at Massachusetts General and Beth Israel Deaconess hospitals. She is a part-time teacher in the CareerNET program with Columbia University’s Community Impact and an adjunct professor at CUNY’s John Jay College in the Health and Physical Education Department. She has lectured on issues in healthy lifestyle throughout New York City for Bloomberg, LP, The American Cancer Society and Barnard College. Meredith is also a health-minded personal chef and holistic nutritionist. She has been educated at both Columbia and Harvard and has recently graduated with an MS in nutrition from Columbia’s Teachers College program in Nutrition Education. She is currently enrolled in the Utah State University Distance Learning Dietetic Internship program. Rebekah Sills Lamm, M.A., Contributor
Rebekah Sills Lamm has worked with youth for almost 10 years. Most recently, she served as a School Safety Specialist at the Texas School Safety Center (TxSSC), Texas State University, San Marcos. At TxSSC Ms. Lamm focused on digital citizenship, youth development and engagement, girls’ health issues, and tobacco prevention. Her proudest accomplishment at TxSSC was co-creating, growing and managing a statewide youth leadership group that focused on school safety issues. She also traveled across the state and the country providing quality training to educators, students and other community stakeholders. Rebekah taught at the undergraduate level prior to joining TxSSC and holds a Master’s degree from Baylor University in American Studies.
